2. Eligibility for Returns

  • The product is defective

  • The product received is expired

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original sealed packaging

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue must be submitted

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds if:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • The original seal or packaging is broken

  • The customer changed their mind after purchase

  • The customer ordered the wrong product

  • The return request is made after the allowed time period

All requests are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Returns must be approved before further steps are taken.


5. Refunds

If your return request is approved, we may offer:

  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake was on our side (wrong, defective, or damaged product).


6. Exchanges

We only replace items that are confirmed to be:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrectly delivered

We do not offer exchanges for different products, variants, or personal preferences.


7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.


8. Additional Notes

  • Minor packaging or labeling differences due to manufacturer updates are not considered defects.

  • Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients and suitability before purchase, especially if they have allergies or sensitive skin.
